Transformation is a Real Thing ✧
Let me start by breaking a myth ༄: transformation is not a one-time event. It is not something that happens once and stays forever. Transformation is a continuous process ◎. It lasts only as long as you choose to keep growing, improving, and evolving.
When I say transformation ⚘, I’m not talking only about money, looks, or success. I mean the complete upgrade of a person — mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually☼ and even materialistically₿.
When I compare myself to the person I was last year, I can honestly say I have changed a lot ✬. Especially in the last three months, I adopted a few important habits that pulled me out of one of the lowest phases of my life and placed me on a much better path.
Last year, I was not in a good state, deeply unhappy. I felt emotionally weak and cried almost every day. I had gained a lot of weight, and anxiety had taken control of my eating habits. I would overeat, consume too many sweets, and only realize later how badly I was treating myself. My routine was unhealthy, my body lacked movement, and I felt weak both mentally and physically◞‸◟.
But then i decided to slowly change a few habits one at a time ☘︎.
• The first thing I worked on was my diet. I began eating cleaner breakfasts 𓌉◯𓇋 — mostly raw or lightly boiled foods that gave me enough protein and fiber. I also added detox juices to my mornings, such as amla, spinach, and other green juices. It was a simple change, but it made me feel lighter and more energetic.
• Then I challenged myself to cut sugar completely to #zero for 30 days — not even a crystal. I also stopped eating processed and packaged foods as much as possible. That decision alone changed the way I felt. My cravings reduced, my mood became more stable, and I started feeling better from within.
• Later, I added daily workouts 𐀔 to my routine. Even if it was only 20 mins, I stayed consistent. The workouts were intense for my level, and in the beginning I used to get tired easily and feel sleepy often. But once my body adapted, exercise became a part of me. Now, if I don’t begin my day with movement, the day feels incomplete.
• Another major change I made was completely stopping non-vegetarian food ꕤ. My reasons were personal and very clear. Watching recent wars like Iran-Israel and the suffering of innocent people over ego, power, and religious differences made me reflect deeply on life. I realized I wanted to promote humanity ❁ in my own way and become kinder and fairer wherever possible.
After 3-4 weeks of quitting non-veg, I noticed something surprising — my body felt calmer and more peaceful 𓆩♡𓆪 than before. Since my food choices in non-veg were already limited, shifting into a vegetarian routine was easier than expected.
• The Power of Self-Care ✵
The next tremendous change I made was starting skincare ♡ and truly understanding it. I treated it like a research and experimentation activity. First, i stood in front of the mirror and observed my face and body. I Figured out what is stopping your skin from looking healthy and glowing, and identified the flaws that are not by birth but worsened over time (acne marks, bumpy texture, wrinkle lines, dark circles, pigmentation, blackheads, whiteheads, face fat, dry skin on arms and legs, or other hygiene-related issues).
I Listed all of them. Then clicked close-up pictures and gave them to GPT࣪˖⌨︎ to understand what causes these issues and what can be done to fix them. You can trust GPT to give useful suggestions on general treatments, products, and routines that may suit you best❦.
That is exactly how I started fixing many of my skin ☾, and I am still trying new things to improve my skin every day. I had bumpy textured skin under my chin and below my lip, blackheads, and hyperpigmentation. So I researched, tried the best affordable products, and stayed consistent. Now the bumpy texture is clearly gone, and it has been only one month of proper skincare ☀︎. It gives insane confidence ♕.
I also got a new haircut ˖⌇ and started experimenting with clothes, styling ⟡˖, and jewelry. Sometimes small external changes help reflect the internal growth happening inside you.
• The Most Valuable Change Was Internal 𖤓
I have grown emotionally stronger. I no longer tolerate disrespect. If someone repeatedly disrespects me, I will either cut that relationship off or make them realize their mistake. I’ve also learned how to stay calmer and not remain angry for long by lowering unnecessary expectations from others. I’ve become more responsible as a daughter, and I no longer seek constant external validation𓂋.
Most importantly, I stopped caring so much about what others think. That habit silently destroys many people. It prevents them from being their real selves𓂅.
• As a child raised by strict parents, I had also developed the habit of lying and maintaining a fake personality ☁︎. at times this behavior carried into some friendships and relationships too. I continued it without realizing how much anxiety it created. When I stopped lying and pretending, my stress reduced massively. My heart and mind became calmer ♫ because there was nothing left to hide, nothing to remember, and nothing to fear getting exposed.
That is the truth about transformation ✾. It is not one big moment. It is not one motivational video. It is not one lucky break. It is a collection of few small decisions ➹ u make and repeat daily ∞.
I will continue discovering new habits ⊹˚, removing old patterns, and lead more real, disciplined, and meaningful life ♣︎.
❀ Because transformation is not something you complete.
It is something you continue ꩜.
